Ubiquiti UniFi • USW-ULTRA-210W-EU
Compact switching. A power budget chosen with intent.
The Ultra 210W bundle pairs an eight-port Gigabit managed switch with the 210W AC power adapter. Seven ports supply PoE+, with up to 202W shared PoE availability when that adapter is used. A separate eighth port handles the network connection and can receive PoE power when the installation calls for a different input arrangement.

Front connections
Keep the powered endpoints together.
Seven front Gigabit RJ45 ports supply PoE+ to compatible devices. Each has a manufacturer PSE ceiling of 30W, while all powered devices must fit inside the active shared budget. The rear eighth Gigabit port provides another data connection and the PoE power-input role; it is not an eighth PoE output.

This adapter bundle
Use the included supply for the larger budget.
With the included 210W AC adapter, Ultra provides up to 202W for connected PoE devices. The adapter’s 210W rating is the complete input allowance, not additional endpoint power. Device consumption, port ceilings and the total shared budget all apply at once; seven ports at their individual maximum would exceed the 202W total.

Alternative power input
A different source changes the available output.
If you power Ultra through PoE instead of the included adapter, the downstream budget changes: manufacturer figures are 42W with PoE++ input and 16W with PoE+ input. A 60W AC adapter gives 52W, whereas a 60W PoE adapter input gives 42W. Basic PoE can operate the switch, but PoE+/PoE++ or AC input is required for downstream PoE output. These modes do not retain the 202W bundle budget.

The rear connection
Separate DC input from network power.
The rear panel brings the DC connector and port 8 together. Use the supported 50–57V input range and the matching power source for the intended mode. Ethernet traffic remains Gigabit in every case. Manufacturer aggregate ratings are 16Gbps switching capacity, 8Gbps non-blocking throughput and 12Mpps forwarding—not a multi-gigabit speed for one cable.
Placement and thermal limits
Fit the switch to the power source.
The polycarbonate device measures 203 × 76 × 33mm and weighs 320g, with desktop, wall and magnetic placement options. With the 210W AC adapter, the specified operating range is −20–60°C. Other input modes have different limits, so select the power arrangement before planning the enclosure and ambient conditions. Mounting accessories outside the supplied bundle are separate.
UniFi management
Keep a small installation manageable.
UniFi Network 8.0.28 or later is the current manufacturer requirement. STP/RSTP, rate limiting, flow and storm controls, port isolation, port mirroring and jumbo frames support a managed Layer 2 deployment. Configure the appropriate protections for the site and keep the Ultra hardware separate from similarly named Cloud Gateway Ultra products when selecting support.
