At MatzoTech, we aim to make shopping convenient with flexible delivery options and a fair return policy.
1. Order the product and specify the delivery method: Courier delivery to your door, or Pickup at the store.
2. You will receive an order confirmation message and courier tracking number. If you opted to collect the item yourself at the store, you will receive a notice when the product is ready for pickup.
3. Wait for the delivery, which usually takes 2 – 3 working days, or collect the item from the MatzoTech store.
Delivery costs
The cost of delivery a standard size parcel to your door by courier is from as little as R50.
Shipping costs on heavier items such as inverters, backup power systems, printers, etc. will be quoted on order.
No charge for collection at the store.
Is next-day delivery available?
Next-day delivery is available only for items that are in stock and for orders within the Western Cape area. If you’re outside this region, please contact us for further delivery options or timeframes.
My order hasn’t arrived! Where is it?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking details or contact us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you in locating it.
Exchange or Return of goods
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy here’s what you need to know:
Return Policy
- You can return your item within 14 days if it’s in its original condition and packaging.
- Items must be fully equipped, including:
- Original packaging and accessories
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Warranty card (if applicable)
- If an item is damaged or defective through no fault of your own, it may still qualify for return or exchange.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted if any of the following are missing:
- Fully equipped product
- Proof of purchase (receipt)
- Warranty card
- Service department defect description (if applicable)
Refund timeline
Refunds will be processed within the timeframes set by current legislation.
Buy Back / Trade In
We offer a buy-back or trade-in option for products from customers starting 14 days after purchase. For the first 6 months, a 12% handling fee will be deducted from the original amount, provided the product has been inspected and remains in its original condition as when sold. After 6 months, a custom offer will be made following thorough inspection and testing of the item, and the amount will be negotiated accordingly.
