ASUS GeForce GT 710 EVO · GDDR5 display card
A passive display card for a carefully matched system.
The ASUS GT 710 EVO combines a fanless heatsink with HDMI, DVI-D and VGA outputs for a compatible desktop. Its 2 GB GDDR5 memory and PCI Express 2.0 interface identify a legacy display solution, not a substitute for a modern gaming or 3D-workstation GPU. Check the operating system, available driver support and physical slots before choosing it.

Display connections
Connect the monitors the card actually supports.
ASUS lists one HDMI, one DVI-D and one D-Sub/VGA output, with support for up to three displays. The published digital ceiling is 3840 × 2160, but no universal refresh rate follows from that number. Confirm the required resolution, timing, cable and monitor combination before building a multi-screen setup.

Legacy hardware planning
Quiet cooling does not mean current driver support.
The heatsink has no fan, while the rest of the PC still requires suitable airflow. NVIDIA includes the GT 710 in its desktop Kepler list; its published support plan ended regular Game Ready upgrades in 2021 and critical security updates in September 2024. ASUS still provides downloads, which should not be mistaken for a renewed support commitment.

Check current OS and driver requirements, motherboard firmware compatibility, case bracket and two-slot space. The 300 W ASUS PSU recommendation concerns a complete reference PC, not this card’s measured consumption. Confirm exact HDMI timing support before relying on a particular display mode.
