Keep a suitably sized tablet covered between uses, then fold the Noumea II into a viewing or typing position. The black folio uses PORT Designs’ Universal Elastic System to hold many 9–11-inch tablets without a device-specific rigid shell.
Fit the tablet, not just the screen
Check the whole device before choosing.
The manufacturer specifies a maximum compartment of 17.8 × 25.8 × 0.75cm. Compare the tablet’s width, height and thickness with that space, then check where the elastic retainers sit relative to its buttons and connectors. The 9–11-inch category covers many devices; it is not a promise that every chassis will fit.

The Universal Elastic System holds the tablet while leaving connectivity and buttons accessible on a suitable fit. Polyurethane is specified for both the inside and outside. At 19.5 × 27 × 1cm and 268g, the folio adds a defined layer around the device; the tablet itself is separate.
