ASUS ROG • Loki 1000W Platinum • SFX-L
A compact foundation for a considered build.
Bring 1000W of output into an SFX-L enclosure with fully modular cabling and 80 PLUS Platinum efficiency. The ROG Loki measures 125 × 125 × 63.5mm and combines a 120mm illuminated fan with the current ATX 3.1 specification.

Fit the enclosure first
SFX-L is a specific physical choice.
Check the case’s PSU bay against the 125 × 125 × 63.5mm enclosure and allow room for the modular connectors and cable routing. The included ATX-to-SFX adapter bracket offers a mounting option; it does not remove depth or cable-clearance requirements.
A defined graphics connection
Current ATX 3.1 and supplied Gen 5.1 cabling.
A 450mm PCIe Gen 5.1 16-pin cable is supplied alongside legacy PCIe connections on this ATX 3.1 configuration. Match the supplied cable and graphics-card socket, seat connectors fully and follow the installation guidance. Check the supplied revision and cable set when replacing an older Loki unit.
Route only what the build needs
Shorter leads for a smaller chassis.
The motherboard lead is 450mm and the two CPU leads are 550mm. Graphics leads are 450mm, with separate SATA and peripheral branches for storage and accessories. Use only cables explicitly supplied or approved for this PSU: a matching modular plug shape does not establish pinout compatibility.
Cooling and lighting
A 120mm fan with conditional fan-stop operation.
The fan includes eight addressable LEDs. Aura Sync needs compatible ASUS or ROG hardware and the ARGB connection; the default effect without that connection is rainbow. Fan-stop mode is enabled by default and the fan starts when load requires it. There is no separate 0dB fan button.
Read the ratings in context
Efficiency, rail limits and cover serve different purposes.
The unit is 80 PLUS Platinum and Cybenetics Platinum-rated at both listed mains voltages. Its +12V rail is specified at 83.3A/1000W, within the PSU’s 1000W total. The 10-year limited core warranty is distinct from the RGB LEDs’ 3-year cover; applicable warranty terms still govern claims.
