The P300 is an internal NVMe SSD for your operating system, applications and files, subject to available capacity and platform support. The 256 GB speed references are specific to this capacity; faster larger-drive figures do not apply here. ECC, end-to-end data-path protection, wear levelling and thermal management help manage the drive, while host memory buffer technology uses system memory. Keep separate backups of important files.

Choose the correct M.2 slot

Small dimensions. Specific requirements.

The module measures 80 × 22 × 3.8 mm and uses PCIe Gen3 x4 with NVMe 1.3. Check for a compatible 2280-length PCIe/NVMe slot and sufficient clearance; an M.2 SATA-only slot is not suitable. Confirm motherboard lane sharing and boot support before installation. The listed power references are 2.07 W full and 0.37 W idle, rather than a whole-system consumption estimate.

Confirm the supplied regional part and warranty terms before ordering. Current manufacturer documentation lists 120 TBW and a five-year limited warranty reference; the existing listing states 36 months. Some original gallery images show a US-suffix variant. Back up data before installation or migration.
