ThinkPad T14s Gen 2 · Refurbished
A compact 14-inch business laptop for documents, study and a working day that moves between places. This refurbished configuration is listed with an Intel Core i5-1145G7, 16GB memory, a 256GB NVMe SSD, Full HD touch and Windows 11 Pro. Its practical appeal is the combination of a touch workspace, familiar ThinkPad controls and connections for a desk setup.
Work your way
The listed 1920 × 1080 touchscreen gives you a direct way to scroll, select and navigate compatible applications. The ThinkPad layout also brings a TrackPoint and multi-touch touchpad alongside its six-row keyboard. The family offered more than one touch panel, so brightness, colour gamut and Privacy Guard must be checked on the supplied unit rather than inferred from the model name.
Everyday productivity
The listed Core i5-1145G7 combines four cores and eight threads with a maximum turbo frequency of 4.4GHz. The 16GB memory and 256GB NVMe SSD suit documents, browser-based work and everyday applications. Microsoft 365, meeting services and specialist software require their own licences where applicable; no subscription is implied by Windows 11 Pro.
A considered desk setup
The Intel T14s Gen 2 platform provides two Thunderbolt 4 / USB4 connections, two USB-A ports, HDMI and a headset socket. A compatible dock can bring a desk setup together, while USB-A keeps existing peripherals useful. Docks, display cables and Ethernet adapters are separate unless specifically included with the refurbished unit.
Plan the upgrade
Lenovo specifies soldered LPDDR4x memory with no SO-DIMM sockets for this Intel platform. The listed 16GB therefore is not a starting point for adding a second RAM module. Storage uses one internal M.2 drive position; a larger compatible SSD replaces the fitted drive. Confirm the installed drive form factor and service procedure before ordering a replacement.
Away from the desk
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth hardware varies across the family. Mobile broadband is also configuration-dependent: some units are antenna-ready and others do not support a modem upgrade. A SIM slot or an optional-module reference does not establish working LTE. Confirm the supplied machine type, antennas, approved modem and operator requirements before planning cellular use.
Refurbished ownership
This is a refurbished laptop. Product photography illustrates the design and does not establish cosmetic grade, keyboard layout, battery health or the contents of the supplied box. Confirm the condition report, charger and mains lead, Windows activation and written warranty before ordering. The original supplier listing states 12 months carry-in, with an optional upgrade to 24 months. The upgrade is not included unless selected and confirmed in writing. Current Lenovo manufacturer warranty entitlement has not been verified for this refurbished unit.
