KVR32S22D8/16 is a single 16 GB DDR4 SODIMM for systems that accept this exact memory specification. Its compact 260-pin format combines a 3200 MT/s JEDEC profile, CL22 timings and dual-rank x8 organisation at 1.2 V.
Capacity
This is one 16 GB ValueRAM module, not a two-module kit. It is intended for computers that accept 260-pin DDR4 SODIMMs with this capacity and organisation. A removable memory slot is required; soldered memory cannot be replaced with a SODIMM.
Standard settings
The SPD EEPROM is programmed for JEDEC DDR4-3200 operation at 22-22-22 timings and 1.2 V. The 3200 MT/s rating is a transfer rate, not a 3200 MHz clock. Supported operating speed depends on the host memory controller, BIOS and other installed memory.
Organisation
The 2Rx8 module uses sixteen 1G × 8-bit FBGA components to provide a 2G × 64-bit, 16 GB memory organisation. Two ranks on one module do not make it a dual-channel kit. Channel operation depends on the computer’s design and how its supported slots are populated.
Electrical detail
The module is non-ECC and unbuffered, with gold contact fingers, on-die termination and an onboard SPD EEPROM. DDR4 data-bus inversion, low-power auto self-refresh and internal reference calibration are part of its specified feature set. It is not a DDR5 module or an ECC/registered server-memory substitute.
Fit and installation
The module drawing specifies a 30 mm PCB height and 69.60 mm width, with a maximum assembled thickness of 3.7 mm. Confirm the exact system’s DDR4 SODIMM support, 16 GB per-module limit, rank/device-density compatibility and slot order before installation. Follow the computer manufacturer’s shutdown and anti-static handling instructions.
