This full-size DDR5 UDIMM is intended for compatible PC memory slots. Check the motherboard’s memory support, processor limits, slot population and existing modules before ordering. DDR5 UDIMM, DDR4 DIMM and registered server memory are different requirements; pin count alone does not establish compatibility.

JEDEC settings at 1.1 V.
The SPD is programmed for DDR5-5600 with 46-45-45 timings at 1.1 V. The motherboard and memory controller determine the speed and timings actually used, especially when adding memory to an existing configuration. This is a standard ValueRAM profile rather than a promised overclocking result.
Read ECC accurately
On-die correction does not make this a system-ECC module.
The module is specified as non-ECC and unbuffered. DDR5 on-die ECC operates within the memory chips; it is distinct from the system-level ECC support supplied by an ECC DIMM and compatible platform. Its 1G ×64 organisation and four 1G ×16-bit components provide the 8 GB capacity.
Plan the physical fit
A 31.25 mm PCB height without a decorative heat spreader.
The green module uses gold contact fingers and a 31.25 mm-high PCB. Check cooler and chassis clearance as part of the installation plan. Kingston’s product-lifetime warranty applies under its limited-warranty terms, including the original-customer and purchase-documentation requirements.
