CANON GI-490 Y · YELLOW REFILL
A fresh supply of yellow. A clear view of the page count.
Keep the yellow tank in your compatible PIXMA G-series printer supplied with this 70 ml Canon GI-490 dye-ink refill. It is a single yellow bottle: the colour-set yield depends on cyan and magenta refills as well, so plan the whole set around the work you print.
COLOUR REFILL
Yellow for the colour work you print.
This 70 ml GI-490 Y refill uses dye-based yellow ink for colour documents and photographs. Replenish the matching yellow reservoir in a supported printer; this bottle is not a replaceable FINE cartridge. Cyan, magenta and black supplies are separate purchases.
YIELD WITH CONTEXT
7,000 pages describes a colour set.
Canon rates a full set of colour refill bottles for up to 7,000 pages. That figure does not promise 7,000 pages from yellow alone. The G3410 reference uses Canon testing with the ISO/IEC 24712 chart and continuous-printing simulation after initial setup. Page content, print mode and paper affect the result, and setup consumes some ink.
EXACT PRINTER MATCH
Keep the complete model number close.
Compatible PIXMA models include PIXMA G1400, G1410, G1411, G2400, G2410, G2411, G3400, G3410, G3411, G4400, G4410 and G4411. Match both GI-490 and the yellow colour designation to the printer’s refill instructions before opening the bottle; a similar G-series name is not a substitute for an exact match.
REFILL ROUTINE
One colour. The right reservoir.
Check the printer’s tank label and follow its refill procedure. Keep the remaining colour supplies in mind when planning a replacement set: this order contains the yellow refill, not a complete CMY set. The package and bottle photographs illustrate the product; check the markings before opening.
