MacBook Neo • MHFE4
MacBook Neo in Citrus brings Apple A18 Pro, a 13-inch Liquid Retina display and Touch ID to a compact aluminium notebook. This 8GB / 512GB configuration pairs everyday macOS tools with two USB-C ports, a 1080p camera and a fanless design.
Colour and carry
The Citrus finish brings colour to an aluminium enclosure with rounded edges. At 12.7mm high and approximately 1.23kg, MacBook Neo fits into a bag without a large footprint. Its fanless design removes cooling-fan noise. The retained front-view image illustrates the MacBook Neo family; colour may differ from this Citrus configuration.
A18 Pro inside
The six-core CPU combines two performance cores with four efficiency cores. A five-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine and dedicated media engines support graphics, compatible AI features and video workflows. This configuration pairs 8GB of unified memory with a 512GB SSD. Plan those capacities at purchase; Apple’s service documentation treats the logic board as a service assembly rather than listing separate RAM or SSD upgrade procedures.
13-inch Liquid Retina
The 2408 × 1506 IPS display offers 219 pixels per inch, 500-nit brightness and support for a billion colours in the sRGB colour space. An anti-reflective coating helps manage reflections. At a desk, the USB 3 port can drive one external display up to native 4K at 60Hz while the built-in screen remains available.
Two USB-C ports, different roles
Both USB-C ports charge the laptop, but their data and display capabilities differ. Use the USB 3 port for transfers up to 10Gb/s or DisplayPort output. The second port supports USB 2 data up to 480Mb/s. A 3.5mm jack accommodates wired headphones; Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 6 cover wireless connections with compatible equipment.
Keyboard, camera and sound
The 512GB configuration includes Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and a Multi-Touch trackpad. A 1080p FaceTime HD camera works with dual beamforming microphones, while Voice Isolation and Wide Spectrum modes offer different ways to capture a call. Dual side-firing speakers support Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos content.
Battery and charging
The 36.5Wh battery is rated for up to 16 hours of video streaming or 11 hours of wireless web use. Those are separate Apple tests on preproduction 256GB systems, with Wi-Fi and controlled screen brightness; your applications, settings and configuration affect runtime. Apple’s model package specifies a 20W USB-C adapter and 1.5m charge cable, with regional contents to be confirmed.
macOS and your devices
MacBook Neo runs macOS, with built-in apps for browsing, messaging, photos and documents. Compatible iPhone and Mac features include Handoff, Universal Clipboard and iPhone Mirroring. Apple Intelligence features vary by language, region and software availability. Use Apple’s model documentation for setup, supported connections and service guidance.
