ADATA desktop memory
16GB. A considered start for a DDR5 desktop.
Keep the upgrade focused: one 16GB unbuffered desktop module, rated at DDR5-5600 with CL46 timings. AD5U560016G-S is the single-module tray version, giving you a clearly identified part to check against your motherboard’s memory support list before installation.

Capacity
Choose the module. Plan the whole system.
This pack supplies one 16GB module. Use the board manual to choose the recommended slot and confirm supported memory capacity, module population and processor limits. Buying additional modules does not by itself guarantee a particular memory speed or a validated matched kit.
DDR5 architecture
Power management on the module.
An integrated power-management IC regulates the module’s supply. The manufacturer specifies 1.1V for DRAM VDD and a separate 5V input supply; these are different electrical values, not interchangeable voltage settings.
Data integrity
On-die correction, accurately described.
DDR5 on-die error correction works inside the memory chips. It should not be treated as a promise of system-level ECC protection or a substitute for a workstation platform’s memory requirements.
Installation
The right desktop slot comes first.
The full-size 288-pin U-DIMM format is intended for a compatible DDR5 desktop memory slot. Check the exact motherboard and CPU support before purchase; neither a DDR4 slot nor a laptop SO-DIMM slot is the correct physical match.
The rated transfer rate depends on the motherboard, processor, BIOS and installed module population. Manufacturer specifications identify the part; they do not certify compatibility with every DDR5 system.
