Dell Pro 16 Plus · PB16250
A spacious workspace. A considered business platform.
The Dell Pro 16 Plus brings a 16-inch WUXGA workspace together with Intel Core Ultra 5 236V processing, 16 GB of integrated LPDDR5x memory and a 512 GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD. This silver aluminium configuration combines Windows 11 Pro, Arc graphics and practical USB-C connectivity for work at a desk or between locations.

16-inch workspace
Room to arrange the work in front of you
The 1920 × 1200 screen gives documents, spreadsheets and browser windows a 16:10 workspace. The listed anti-glare wide-viewing-angle display helps reduce reflections. Dell offers several PB16250 panels, so brightness, colour coverage and touch capability should be confirmed for the supplied configuration rather than inferred from the family.
Core Ultra 200V
Processing, graphics and AI in one platform
This configuration pairs the eight-core Intel Core Ultra 5 236V with integrated Arc 130V graphics and an Intel AI Boost NPU. Four performance cores and four low-power efficient cores share eight threads, with processor turbo speeds up to 4.7 GHz. The NPU is rated at up to 40 TOPS; Intel’s 97 TOPS figure is an overall peak INT8 capability, not an application-speed guarantee. AI features depend on compatible software and may require updates or a subscription.
Memory and storage
Know the upgrade limits before you buy
The installed 16 GB of LPDDR5x memory runs at 8533 MT/s and is integrated in the processor package. It cannot be upgraded with a memory module; the family’s 32 GB options use a different processor configuration. A 512 GB M.2 2230 PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD provides the listed storage. The 200V platform has one SSD position for a compatible M.2 2230 or 2280 drive, so a storage change replaces the installed drive rather than adding a second SSD.
Desk connections
Thunderbolt for a connected workspace
Two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports combine data, DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery, alongside two 5 Gbps USB-A ports, one with PowerShare. HDMI, a combination headset jack and a microSD reader keep common peripherals within reach. The 200V owner’s manual specifies HDMI 2.1 TMDS. This processor version does not include the wired RJ45 Ethernet port offered on some other PB16250 configurations; a compatible dock or adapter is needed for a wired network.
Wireless and sign-in
Built around calls and everyday access
Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE201 supports 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz networks, with Bluetooth 5.4 for compatible peripherals. Wireless capabilities depend on the operating system, access point and local spectrum rules. The listed Full HD and infrared camera supports Windows Hello facial sign-in and has a privacy shutter. A fingerprint reader and white-backlit keyboard complete the supplied configuration’s everyday controls.
Power and portability
USB-C charging for the working day
The silver aluminium chassis houses the listed three-cell 55 Wh battery and is supplied with a 65 W USB-C charger. Dell’s compatible 55 Wh battery options support ExpressCharge and ExpressCharge Boost. Charging speed depends on temperature, settings and the adapter, while battery runtime varies with workload and display settings. The wedge-shaped lock slot provides a physical security attachment point; the cable lock is separate.
Business software and support
Windows 11 Pro, with model-specific support
Windows 11 Pro and Intel vPro form the listed business platform. Management features require compatible deployment tools and configuration by your IT team. The catalogue identifies three years of ProSupport and onsite service; the applicable entitlement and service conditions should be confirmed against the supplied Dell Service Tag. Use the PB16250 support pages to select the actual operating system and Service Tag before choosing drivers, BIOS or manuals.
