Epson • EB-994F
Make room for the whole presentation.
Full HD detail, a flexible optical zoom and connections for both current and legacy equipment. The white Epson EB-994F combines a three-chip 3LCD image with built-in wireless sharing and a 16W mono speaker for meeting rooms, teaching spaces and mobile presentations.

An image sized for the room
Full HD, from desk to display.
The 3LCD system uses separate red, green and blue LCD channels to create a native 1920 × 1080 image. Epson specifies a 31–304-inch diagonal range and 4,100 lumens in Normal mode, falling to 2,300 lumens in Economy mode. Screen size, surface, room light and placement all affect the result; the largest image is not a promise of equal visibility in every room.
Position with purpose
Move the projector. Keep the picture considered.
Manual focus and a 1.62× optical zoom give you a 1.30–2.09:1 throw-ratio range. Automatic vertical keystone correction works within ±30°, with horizontal slide correction and Quick Corner available for alignment. Start as square to the screen as possible and use Epson’s model-specific throw guidance to plan the installation; digital correction does not replace physical positioning.
Bring your own device
Share through the connection that fits.
Built-in Wi-Fi supports Apple AirPlay 2, Miracast and Epson iProjection. Epson describes iProjection connection/control for up to four devices, with two image sources shown in split screen. Compatible clients, network settings and supported source combinations matter: not every pair of inputs or protected streaming service can be displayed together. Wired Ethernet is also available for network projection and management.
New presentations. Existing equipment.
Two HDMI inputs, plus the legacy essentials.
Two HDMI inputs sit alongside two VGA computer inputs, VGA monitor output, composite video and audio connections. USB-A supports compatible PC-free files and USB devices; USB-B is a service connection for functions such as firmware updating and settings transfer, not a general USB display input. RS-232C, Ethernet and web control support planned room integration. The 16W mono speaker, microphone input and external audio output give you useful audio options.
Maintain a working rhythm
Choose the lamp mode for the task.
The 230W UHE lamp is rated for up to 6,500 hours in High mode, 10,000 hours in Medium mode and 17,000 hours in ECO mode. These are manufacturer limits: lamp life varies with use and conditions, and brightness declines over time. Keep the air filter and vents clean, follow the replacement warning and use the model’s specified replacement parts. Epson lists 37dB(A) in Normal mode and 28dB(A) in Economy mode.
A portable body. A planned installation.
3.1kg, with the details that make placement work.
The EB-994F can be used on a desktop or installed on a suitable ceiling mount. Allow room for ventilation, cables, service access and the projected image. The catalogue specifies no carry bag; Epson lists a soft case and mounting equipment as optional accessories. For software, manuals and firmware, use the exact-model support page and select the operating system deliberately. Regional warranty terms should be confirmed against the supplied order code and warranty document.
