Kingston ValueRAM • KVR32S22S8/8
A precise fit for a DDR4 memory upgrade.
Kingston KVR32S22S8/8 brings 8GB of DDR4 memory to compatible systems with a 260-pin SODIMM slot. Its single-rank, x8 organisation and JEDEC 3200MT/s CL22 profile make the electrical specification as important as the compact physical fit.

Capacity and organisation
One module. Eight gigabytes.
This is a single 8GB module, organised as one rank with x8 memory components. Eight 1G × 8-bit FBGA devices form its 64-bit data path. It is unbuffered, non-ECC memory for systems designed to accept this organisation; it is not an ECC or registered server DIMM.

Standard timings
A JEDEC profile, stored on the module.
The SPD EEPROM carries DDR4-3200 timings of 22-22-22 at 1.2V. The host selects the operating settings it supports, so the final memory rate depends on the processor, motherboard, BIOS and other installed memory. A 3200MT/s module does not override a lower platform limit.

Compact construction
Match the slot before you upgrade.
The 260-pin SODIMM format uses gold contact fingers and a 30mm-high PCB. Check that the system accepts replaceable DDR4 SODIMMs, this module’s capacity and 1Rx8 organisation, and has an available slot. DDR3, DDR5 and full-size desktop DIMM slots require different modules.

Installation and ownership
Plan the complete memory configuration.
Follow the system maker’s service guide for access, power isolation and memory population. Adding a module does not by itself guarantee dual-channel operation; the host and complete installed configuration determine the result. Kingston covers ValueRAM under its limited product-lifetime warranty, subject to its terms and proof-of-purchase requirements.
