Apple • Magic Keyboard • Touch ID and numeric keypad
A full desk layout, with Touch ID close at hand.
The white-key USB-C Magic Keyboard combines a numeric keypad, document navigation controls and full-size arrow keys. It connects wirelessly to a compatible Apple-silicon Mac and includes a woven USB-C cable for pairing and charging.

A layout for detailed work
Numbers and navigation have their own space.
Use the dedicated numeric keypad for spreadsheets and repeated number entry. Document navigation controls and full-size arrow keys sit between the main International English keys and keypad, while multimedia keys provide direct access to everyday functions.

Check the Mac first
Touch ID requires Apple silicon.
Apple specifies a Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 15.1 or later for this USB-C model. Touch ID provides fingerprint authentication for compatible Mac logins and unlocking. Do not assume Touch ID operation on an Intel Mac, Windows computer or an iPad simply because a keyboard can connect.

Wireless use, straightforward charging
Pair and recharge through the included cable.
Connect the woven USB-C charging cable to a USB-C port on the Mac to pair and charge. The internal rechargeable battery is rated by Apple for about a month or more between charges. That estimate comes from automated full-discharge testing with preproduction M4 iMac systems; settings and use affect actual battery life.
