Their opaque ink formula makes it possible to add visible decorative details to darker surfaces, opening up additional creative possibilities for card making, stationery design, and personalised gifts.

Highly opaque ink for outstanding visibility

One of the biggest advantages of Cricut Joy Opaque Gel Pens is their ability to create visible designs on both light and dark materials.

Traditional pens can sometimes struggle to produce noticeable results on darker cardstock and coloured paper. The opaque gel ink in these pens is specifically formulated to provide stronger colour visibility.

The White pen is particularly useful for creating contrasting lettering and decorative details on dark materials, while Blue and Yellow provide attractive colour accents for a wide variety of creative projects.

This makes the set particularly useful for colourful invitations, personalised cards, decorative artwork, and creative stationery.

Three vibrant colours for creative freedom

The Cricut Joy Opaque Gel Pen set includes three complementary colours, giving you greater flexibility when designing your projects.

• White: Ideal for contrasting lettering, decorative details, and designs on dark materials.

• Blue: Perfect for colourful illustrations, personalised messages, and decorative accents.

• Yellow: Adds bright highlights, cheerful lettering, and vibrant decorative elements.

Use the colours individually or combine them to create attractive multi-colour designs.

Smooth 1.0mm writing and drawing performance

Each pen features a medium 1.0mm tip designed to deliver smooth and consistent ink flow.

The tip size provides a good balance between visibility and detail, making these pens suitable for handwritten-style lettering, decorative outlines, illustrations, and personalised messages.

When used with Cricut Joy, the pens allow your cutting machine to draw designs automatically, helping you achieve consistent results across multiple projects.

This is particularly useful for creating matching invitations, personalised greeting cards, custom labels, and coordinated stationery.

Designed for Cricut Joy crafting

Cricut Joy Opaque Gel Pens are designed to work with the Cricut Joy cutting machine, allowing you to incorporate writing and drawing directly into your cutting projects.

Using Cricut Design Space, you can select compatible fonts, create decorative illustrations, and personalise your designs with text.

Simply insert the pen into the appropriate tool holder and allow your Cricut Joy to draw your selected design.

This convenient functionality makes it easier to produce neat, consistent lettering and decorative artwork without having to draw everything by hand.

Versatile applications for cards, stationery, and gifts

These opaque gel pens offer excellent versatility for a wide range of crafting applications.

Create personalised birthday cards, wedding invitations, thank-you notes, scrapbook decorations, gift tags, and decorative labels.

They are also ideal for adding handwritten-style messages to handmade gifts, creating colourful illustrations, and producing customised stationery.

For small businesses, the pens provide an excellent way to add personalised details to customer orders, branded stationery, packaging inserts, and handmade products.

Whether you are a beginner exploring Cricut crafting or an experienced creative professional, these pens make personalisation simple and enjoyable.
