iPad Air • M4 • Space Grey
11-inch iPad Air with 256GB storage in Space Grey brings an M4 workspace to a 6.1mm design. Wi-Fi + Cellular adds eSIM mobile data when an appropriate plan and coverage are available.
M4 • 12GB unified memory
Open a document, organise research and move into a creative app without changing devices. The M4 configuration here combines an eight-core CPU with a nine-core GPU and 12GB of unified memory. Hardware media engines support editing workflows in compatible apps; actual speed depends on the project and software. Illustration: iPad Air M4 family overview.
11-inch Liquid Retina
The 11-inch format keeps a reading, note-taking or editing workspace easy to carry. 2360 × 1640 pixels and 500-nit brightness sit behind a laminated IPS surface with P3 colour, True Tone and an antireflective coating. Its rounded display measures 10.86 inches as a rectangle; viewable area is smaller.
Apple Pencil compatibility
Choose a separately purchased Apple Pencil Pro or Apple Pencil (USB-C) for handwriting, sketching and annotation in compatible apps. Pencil hover is supported. The illustrated family panel demonstrates an optional accessory; a Pencil is not included with this iPad listing.
Work and connect
A compatible, separately purchased Magic Keyboard can add a physical typing surface and trackpad. USB-C handles charging, up to 10Gb/s USB 3 data and DisplayPort output to one compatible external display up to 6K at 60Hz. Check keyboard size/model compatibility and any required display adapter before ordering.
Capture • calls • wireless
The Apple C1X modem adds sub-6GHz 5G and LTE mobile data through eSIM, subject to carrier, coverage and plan support. The landscape 12MP Center Stage front camera suits a horizontal video-call setup, while the 12MP rear camera records 4K footage up to 60 fps. Touch ID stays within easy reach in the top button.
Daily use and care
A 28.93Wh battery is rated for up to 10 hours of Wi-Fi browsing or video under Apple test conditions. Cellular browsing is rated up to nine hours. Your workload, brightness and connection affect real endurance. Use the separate Specifications tab for the full hardware breakdown and Downloads tab for official setup, software-update and support guidance.
